How to apply for the Indie Fixx Galleria -

The Indie Fixx Galleria is a showcase of handmade & indie (independently-made) goods. Think of it as an 'indie mall' featuring a juried mix of indie designers, crafters, artists & indie boutiques that carry indie-made goods. And now vintage goods too!

Periodically throughout the year, I put together a new Galleria around a theme to provide a curated shopping experience, just like at 'the mall', but only featuring hand-made, independently made and vintage goods.

Each participant has their own 'shop' in the Galleria and can feature 4-8 products with buy it links, as well as a shop description and links to your shop & blog.

To apply to be a part of the Galleria:

Just email your url or 2-3 product images.

There are a limited number of spots open each go round.

Scheduled Gallerias include:

Fall Galleria – September 6th to November 4th
Apply now! All types of goods will be considered. All artists, designers, crafters and indie boutiques that create or carry handmade, vintage and/or indie made goods are welcome to apply.
The cost is $25 to participate and the deadline to apply is September 3rd.

Criteria used in judging applicants include: product originality, quality of product, quality of photography, type of products, shopping experience and shop & product appeal among other attributes.

The goal of the Galleria is promote the individual participating shops and indie shopping in general. I aim to provide a new venue for shops to publicize their products while encouraging shoppers to expand their shopping horizons and support small independent businesses as opposed to big mega-chains. There are no actual products available for sale at the Galleria; instead it is only a showcase of goods offered by the participating shops.

The Galleria is an extension of Indie Fixx the blog and the Galleria will be promoted on Indie Fixx as well as advertised on other sites.
